, and pay on arrival. If you do not show, and do not cancel at least one hour before event time, you owe for that event. After deadline, tournament director reserve the right to determine if you still can enter the tournament depending on the availability.

Format:
All Open matches (single elimination) are best 4 of 7. All other matches are best 3 of 5. All rating events are round robin followed by single elimination. Unrated players will not advance out of rated round robin events unless a rating can be reasonably assigned. Unless permission is given by Director, all finals must be played. Director reserves the right to modify or cancel events if there are insufficient entries. Match time is default time. Players may not enter two events scheduled at the same time. For Open Singles, there must be at least 8 players to hold the event.
Rules:
Sanctioned as a 1-star tournament by USA Table Tennis. USATT regulations apply, including dress code, unless otherwise noted. Only USATT approved equipment will be used.
Equipment: JOOLA tables, JOOLA orange 40mm balls, Taraflex floors - same flooring used at 2004 Olympics
Membershp:
Proof of USATT membership is required. Memberships may be purchased at the tournament. Adult membership is $40/year or $105/3 years. Junior membership is $20/year.
Ratings:
Most recent ratings will be used. Director reserves the right to assign ratings in some cases.
Unrated Players:
Unrated players who enter the Unrated RR may have free entry to one other rated event, where they may play the preliminary round robin and better establish a USATT rating. However, unrated players do not advance out of the round robin.

From 270, take Exit 4A, Montrose East. Drive 2.3 miles, cross over Rockville Pike (355), where Montrose becomes Randolph Road. Continue on Randolph another 0.5 miles, then turn right on Parklawn Drive. Go 0.4 miles, then turn left on Boiling Brook Parkway. Go 0.4 miles, then turn right on Schuylkill Rd, and make immediate right turn on Wyaconda Rd., and arrive at center on the right. From Rockville Pike (355): From the North: turn east (left) onto Randolph Road and continue from above. From the South: turn east (right) onto Nicholson Lane. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto Boiling Brook Parkway, then continue from above
